In collaboration with Harvard Medical School, its affiliated institutions, and PHMI's international network of partners, PHMI creates opportunities for selected physicians, nurses, scientists, and allied health professionals to complete postgraduate medical training. This can represent full multiple-year training in one of many medical or scientific disciplines, or a shorter observership or fellowship program. In all cases scholars are given a structured curriculum to meet their educational goals and work with a faculty mentor selected from the leadership of academic programs at Harvard Medical School. We help to identify fellowships for both clinicians and scientists, as well as observerships that expose participants to leading technologies practiced in their respective disciplines. PHMI works with the participating institution to design programs that meet both the individual's and the institution's broad training and educational objectives.
