PHMI works closely with partners and the partners' design teams to create high-quality facilities that meet international standards and enable our partners to advance their health care services and/or education mission. Emphasizing cost-efficiency, time-to-market, and local and national regulatory issues, PHMI utilizes a planning process that fosters dialogue about local practices, initiates operational changes, clarifies regional health care and educational needs, and aligns space and design with clinical and academic program initiatives. Whether we are adapting an existing facility or building from the ground up, planning is a major part of these collaborations.
