The Partners Harvard Medical International (PHMI) client community is comprised of organizations that demonstrate a long-term commitment to pursue excellence. To this end we build project teams to develop and deliver customized programs with a depth and breadth of service appropriate to meet our client’s objectives. We focus on helping our clients create value that enables them to develop new institutional knowledge and capabilities, foster continuous improvement, and become model organizations.

Prospective clients must demonstrate a commitment to good business practices and have sufficient resources, including adequate funding, to carry on a collaborative relationship. PHMI enters into multi-year agreements based on a fee-for-service model whereby PHMI provides mutually agreed upon deliverables within a defined timeline. The process of developing an engagement begins with an exchange of visits by representatives of both PHMI and the prospective client, and culminates in the preparation of a contract defining the terms and conditions of the relationship.

Visit the "How We Work" page on our website to learn more about how PHMI develops new client relationships.
