Directions By Car:
From points north:

  • Take 93 South towards Boston exiting at the Storrow Drive exit (the exit comes before the Zakim Bridge). Follow Storrow Drive to the Copley Sq. Exit. Turn left off the exit on Beacon St. and take the next right on Arlington St. Go less than 1/2 mile and turn right on Columbus Ave. Go less than 1/2 mile and turn right on Dartmouth. 131 Dartmouth St. is on the right before the Back Bay MBTA station.

From points south:

  • Take 93 North under downtown Boston and exit at Storrow Drive and follow above directions

From points west:

  • Take the Mass Pike East to the Copley Square Exit. When the exit divides in the tunnel, stay to the right (Copley Square Exit). After exiting the tunnel, bear left and go through the first stoplight, take your next right onto Clarendon Street. Take a right at the next stoplight (Columbus Ave).  Follow Columbus for 0.1 miles. Take a right onto Dartmouth Street. 131 Dartmouth Street will be located on the right.

From Logan Airport

  • Take the main road out of Logan Airport to the Williams Tunnel/1-90/Mass Turnpike West. Merge onto I-90 W/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike/Ted Williams Tunnel. Take exit 25-24 to merge onto I-93 S/RT-3 S/US-1 S. Take exit 18 for Mass Ave toward Andrew Square. Take a slight right at Frontage Rd. Veer right at Mass Ave Conn off-turn. Turn right at Massachusetts Ave. Go 5 blocks, turn right at Tremont St. After 9 blocks, turn left at Dartmouth St.

From the MBTA or Commuter Rail:

  • Take the Orange line to the Back Bay stop and follow the Dartmouth Street exit signs. Above ground, 131 Dartmouth Street will be immediately on your left. The Back Bay stop is also the last stop inbound before South Station (or the first stop outbound from South Station) on the Attleboro/Providence, Framingham/Worcester, Needham and Franklin commuter rail lines.
Parking:
  • Parking is available in the Dartmouth Street Parking Garage (126 Dartmouth Street) which is across the street from 131 Dartmouth Street.

Public Transportation Directions:

From the Orange Line or Commuter Rail from South/Southwest:

  • Take the Orange Line or Commuter Rail to the Back Bay/South End stop.
  • Exit the train and follow the signs for Dartmouth Street.
From the Green Line:
  • Take the B, C, D or E Line to the Copley stop.
  • Exit the train to the intersection of Boylston Street and Dartmouth Street.
  • Walk up Dartmouth Street, with Copley Square on your left and the Boston Public Library on your right, approximately two blocks.
