- Wockhardt-HMI HIV/AIDS Education & Research Foundation (WHARF): Improving HIV Care
Since its inception, more than 1,500 people have received training at WHARF-organized programs. Those trainees have gone forward and trained 3,500 more care providers. - Aramco Services Company
Nineteen Saudi physicians gained the opportunity to study and train in Harvard-affiliated medical institutions as a result of the relationship between Aramco Services Company and then-HMI. - Hygeia Hospital
From 2003-2008, this 369-bed general hospital serving Athens, Greece collaborated with HMI to institute a clinical quality management infrastructure to support continuous improvement, and developed numerous professional and faculty exchanges. - Intumed: Innovative Surgical Training
Intuition Publishing and then-HMI developed BeST Resident (Basic electronic Surgical Training), an online general surgical training course for residents preparing for U.S. and Royal College in-service exams, used by over 40 surgery programs in the United States and in eight countries around the world. - Novartis Pharma Schweiz AG
During the course of its relationship with then-HMI, Novartis developed eight CME courses for physicians in practice in Switzerland. - Phyathai Hospital Group
During the course of its partnership with then-HMI, this Bangkok-based health care network with three hospitals developed a cardiac center of excellence, created numerous professional development opportunities in Thailand and Boston for its clinical and administrative staff, and worked with facilities planning and development experts in Boston and at Harvard Medical School-affiliated hospitals to explore the future evolution of its facilities, clinical programs, and operating systems. - St. Luke's Life Sciences Institute
From 2002-2005, St. Luke's and then-HMI organized four Continuing Medical Education courses held in Japan, each attracting more than 300 attendees, on topics in primary care practice.
